Delivery

Habitura is an online-only furniture store proudly based in the UK. We currently deliver to most locations across the UK mainland.

  • Standard Delivery: Most in-stock items are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Delivery Costs: Standard delivery is free on all orders over £100. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Room of Choice & Assembly: At this time, we offer doorstep delivery only. Many of our products are designed for simple self-assembly, and instructions are always included.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer to produce and ship. Estimated lead times will be shown clearly on the product page.

We don’t have a physical showroom yet - but we’ve worked hard to make shopping online with us clear, convenient, and reliable. Need help choosing a piece? Our customer care team is here to assist.

Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • Return Period: You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • How to Return: Just contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Exclusions: Made-to-order or customised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
