1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the continental United States. We're working on expanding our delivery areas. For special requests or bulk orders outside our standard zones, please contact us directly.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under that amount, a flat shipping rate will be shown at checkout. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the item. In-stock pieces usually ship within 3 to 7 business days. Made-to-order or pre-order items may take longer. You’ll see estimated delivery times on the product page and during checkout.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom and final-sale items may not be returnable. Please review our return policy for full details.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re sorry if that happens. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there’s any damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Do you offer assembly services?

Many of our items are designed for simple assembly with basic tools. For larger pieces, assembly services may be available at checkout in certain areas. Instructions are always included to help make setup easy.
